The sweetest little thing smiles at me whenever I asked him if he knew who his auntie Thia was. He giggled and agreed with an affirmative “yah” whenever we asked him a question. I wonder if he understood half the things we said to him. I remember his tiny little hands clutching my finger ever so softly. The way he would wrap his whole body around his Mama as they cuddle in a too soft bed and how he invented strange yoga moves that had all the adults cackling. His insistence on being fed iced chocolate and his tiny sips that were never enough. I have loved spending time with the both of them and I will miss them dearly when they return home. I hope you grow up tall and kind Jeff-Jeff. Come around, don’t be a stranger!
